³ Shephatiah, by Abital, was fifth;

and Ithream, by David’s wife Eglah, was sixth.

⁴ Six sons were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned for seven years and six months, and he reigned in Jerusalem for thirty-three years.^(A)

⁵ These^(B) sons were born to him in Jerusalem:

Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon.^(C) These four were born to him by Bath-shua^(D) daughter of Ammiel.
