^21 (A)Corresponding to that, baptism now saves you—^(B)not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal ^[a]of a ^(C)good conscience to God—through ^(D)the resurrection of Jesus Christ, ^22 (E)who is at the right hand of God, ^(F)having gone into heaven, ^(G)after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to Him.

4 Therefore, since ^(H)Christ has ^[b]suffered in the flesh, ^(I)arm yourselves also with the same purpose—because ^(J)he who has ^[c]suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin— ^2 (K)so as to no longer live ^(L)the rest of the time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the ^(M)will of God.
