Deuteronomy 32:43

⁴³Heavens:^[a] Rejoice with God!^[b]
    All you gods: bow down to the Lord!^[c]
    Because he will avenge his children’s^[d] blood;
        he will pay back his enemies;
        he will punish in kind those who hate him;^[e]
        he will cleanse his people’s land.^[f]
