¹⁸ to rule the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness.^(A) And God saw that it was good. ¹⁹ Evening came and then morning: the fourth day.

²⁰ Then God said, ‘Let the water swarm with^[a] living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky.’
