Luke 11:40-42

⁴⁰ Fools!^(A) Didn’t he who made the outside make the inside too? ⁴¹ But give from what is within to the poor,^[a](B) and then everything is clean^(C) for you.

⁴² “But woe^(D) to you Pharisees! You give a tenth^[b](E) of mint, rue, and every kind of herb, and you bypass^[c] justice^(F) and love for God.^[d](G) These things you should have done without neglecting the others.
