1 Samuel 2:10-12

¹⁰Those who oppose the Lord will be shattered;^[a]^(A)
he will thunder in the heavens against them.^(B)
The Lord will judge the ends of the earth.^(C)
He will give power to his king;
he will lift up the horn of his anointed.^[b]^(D)

¹¹Elkanah went home to Ramah,^(E) but the boy served the Lord in the presence of the priest Eli.^(F)

¹²Eli’s sons were wicked men;^(G) they did not respect the Lord^(H)
