3 Do not boast so proudly,or let arrogant words come out of your mouth,for the Lord is a God of knowledge,and actions are weighed by Him.(A)
8 The end of a matter is better than its beginning;a patient spirit is better than a proud spirit.(A)
20 True enough; they were broken off by unbelief, but you stand by faith.(A) Do not be arrogant, but be afraid.(B)
16 Be in agreement with one another.(A) Do not be proud;(B) instead, associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own estimation.(C)
