⁸ Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead^(A) and descended from David, according to my gospel, ⁹ for which I suffer to the point of being bound like a criminal. But the word of God is not bound. ¹⁰ This is why I endure^(B) all things for the elect:^(C) so that they also may obtain salvation, which is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.^(D)
