²⁰ When I bring them into the land I swore to give their ancestors, a land flowing with milk and honey,^(A) they will eat their fill^(B) and prosper.^[a] They will turn to other gods and worship them, despising me^(C) and breaking my covenant.^(D)

²³ Then he will send rain for your seed that you have sown in the ground, and the food, the produce of the ground, will be rich and plentiful. On that day your cattle will graze in open pastures.^(A)
