Isaiah 3:3-5

³ commanders of fifty and dignitaries,
counsellors, cunning magicians,^[a] and necromancers.^[b]
4 ‘I will make youths their leaders,^(A)
and unstable rulers^[c] will govern them.’
⁵ The people will oppress one another,^(B)
man against man, neighbour against neighbour;
the young will act arrogantly towards the old,
and the worthless towards the honourable.
