¹² If He snatches something, who can stop^[a] Him?
Who can ask Him, “What are You doing?”^(A)

³⁵ All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing,
and He does what He wants^(A) with the army of heaven
and the inhabitants of the earth.
There is no one who can hold back His hand
or say to Him, “What have You done?”^(B)
