The Lamb of God

²⁹ The next day John saw Jesus coming towards him and said, ‘Look, the Lamb of God,^(B) who takes away the sin^(C) of the world! ³⁰ This is the one I told you about: “After me comes a man who ranks ahead of me, because he existed before me.”
