Lamentations 3:27-29

²⁷It is good for someone to ·work hard [^Lcarry/bear the yoke]
while he is young.

²⁸He should sit alone and be ·quiet [silent];
·the Lord has given him hard work to do [^Lwhen it is imposed/heavy on him].
²⁹He should ·bow down to the ground [^Lput his mouth in the dust];
maybe there is still hope.
