18 “Here is my Servant whom I have chosen,
    whom I love, and with whom I am pleased!
I will put my Spirit on him,
    and he will proclaim justice[a] to unbelievers.[b]
19 He will not quarrel or shout,
    and no one will hear him shouting[c] in the streets.
20 He will not snap off a broken reed
    or snuff out a smoldering wick
        until he has brought justice[d] through to victory.
21 And in his name unbelievers[e] will hope.”[f]
