The Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds

²⁴ He presented another parable to them: “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field.^(A)

³⁶ You must be like people waiting for their master^(A) to return^[a] from the wedding banquet^(B) so that when he comes and knocks, they can open the door for him at once.^(C)

² Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding as well.
